SAFETY OFFICER
- Complete NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – Only NEBOSH accepted.
- Diploma in HSE, engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5-year experience in HSE field.
- Demonstrated ability to use standard Microsoft Office software programs.
- Professionals with fluency in Arabic and English or English and Hindi
- Must be currently in Oman
Physical Requirements
- Ability to Work on Field and work in the industrial environmental conditions.
- Work from ladders and scaffolds at heights up to 30 feet.
- Confined space to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking significant distances.
- Work may be performed within extreme temperature ranges.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supports the HSE team in HSE management system implementation.
- Take part and support in the investigations and root cause analysis.
- Generate reports and provides safety analysis as required.
- Assists and conduct job Safety analysis/ Risk assessment.
- Preform HSE inspections, and participate in HSE site audit and routine surveys including the developing and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in results of audit activities.
- Assists in the development of technical documents including HSE procedures, programs, and guidance documents, including maintenance of files and follow-up.
- Conduct and participate in daily morning TBT’s.

ADMIN ASSISTANT-TRAINING MANAGEMENT (Local Omani National Only)
- More than 2-year experience in environmental, health and safety industry.
- Diploma in business, engineering, HSE or Diploma of High secondary school with 4-year experience.
- Demonstrated high ability to use standard Microsoft Office software programs.
- Be able to perform HSE Data analysis and transform it in presentation form
- Professionals with fluency in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage and analyze data including KPI Monitoring
- Strong skills of follow up and data management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supports the HSE team in HSE management system implementation.
- Control all trainings conducted in the online training management system.
- Plan and control the number of vacancies for each training. Normally 25 persons to be trained in each session
- Monitor Contractor KPI management.
- Use a system for Incident management to upload data
- Follow, monitor and submit regular performance report
- Support in the investigations and root cause analysis.

- Participates in HSE site audits, inspections and routine surveys including the developing and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in results of audit activities.
- Manage documents, including maintenance of files and follow-up.

TRAINER
- Complete NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – Only NEBOSH accepted.
- Diploma in Engineering, Safety management or equivalent.
- Complete train the trainer and presentation skills course.
- Service provider instructor or an instructor from a company providing training with communication skills.
- More than 5-year experience in environmental, health and safety (HSE) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to use standard Microsoft Office software programs.
- With fluency in Arabic and English or with fluency in English and Hindi
- More than 3-year experience in delivering HSE related training
- Must be currently in Oman
Roles and Responsibility
- Deliver HSE training material for various personnel.
- Conduct the HSE trainings in Arabic, English or Hindi.
- Support in preparing training schedule according to demand
- Conduct training evaluation and prepare result for each individual.
- Upload information in training system
