1.مدير فرع
Retail sales, customer satisfaction, Customer relation, Ensure product demonstration and upselling, Purchase of the product under the respective divisions, Maintain sufficient stock at store, Ageing and inventory management, Circulation of new product/stock details to existing/new customer base
Understand the competition promotions/scheme activities, Execute innovation and initiatives in retail business, Work seamlessly with all colleagues and ensure cultural integration irrespective of gender and nationality, Must be prepared to manage any kind of contingency plans
Sales follow up calls, Courtesy calls to existing and influencing customer base
Meet monthly sales, GP and NP target, Analyze division wise sales reports and plan proactively on daily basis, Showroom visibility, Product display with spec/pricing and proper visibility, Coordination of end to end store activities, Spend quality time for self-development”
