Responsibilities
Manage Digital technologies budget and assure valuable investment allocation
Ensure proper Digital handover from delivery teams to operations teams and IT/OT
Set Digital performance targets for the department and evaluate/enforce performance against targets
Provide expert advisory services for Digital use case development, implementation and operations
Ensure continuous research for capabilities development
Oversee the delivery of the committed Digital portfolio of projects
Monitor the development of emerging Digital technology expertise
Oversee the design and development of Digital readiness metrics for the overall team to show improvements
Experience
+7 years of Business, Engineering or Information Technology related experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic business planning and new technology research
Working experience in Digital initiatives in Oil & Gas, energy or utilities field
Very good understanding of Digital technologies
Very good Communication & Presentation skills

- Team Lead , P&C, Digital Delivery
Responsibilities
Oversee relationships between Digital Core and Business lines, spurring Digital demand and adoption of new use cases
Consolidate Digital portfolio and support in coordinating resources for Digital demand and supply
Develop and maintain use cases project management standards
Manage and handle change of scope for on-going Digital projects
Handle Digital projects portfolio budget
Ensure compliance of all projects up to the defined project management standards
Track and monitor escalated risks and issues arising from programs and projects
Monitor overall Digital use cases catalog implementation
Provide Digital Value partners necessary guidance and coaching
Experience
+7 years of Business, Engineering or Information Technology related experience with at least 5 years of experience in project management and financial analysis
Working experience in Digital initiatives in Oil & Gas, energy or utilities field

3.Team Lead , P&C, Demand Management F&S, Assurance
Responsibilities
Maintain Finance & Strategy, Assurance demand process for new proposals with overall responsibility for steering these proposals through the early phases of approval
Develop and enhance relationships with key Finance & Strategy, Assurance business stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels
Address Finance & Strategy, Assurance business demand by capturing high level technology requirements
Ensure high level technology impact analysis is provided to business
Experience
- 7 years of experience in managing relationships with internal business customers or relevant experience in IT leadership role
Broad IT domain experience in IT applications, systems & infrastructure
Experience of building relationships with senior leadership, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
Broad knowledge of various Finance & Strategy, Assurance business processes
Knowledge of portfolio management & performance monitoring
Knowledge of SAP and ERP
Knowledge of QA / QC
