Sales Manager
Job Responsibilies:
Provide leadership and management for regional retail IT team
Build strong relationships with business colleagues in retail, corporate marketing, eCommerce, and IT organizations to understand business strategies and demand to set proper expectations where warranted
Maintain a proactive awareness of corporate, regional, and store-based technology systems that make up the retail technology environment. This includes the design, support, and servicing of various retail applications, application support, and retail infrastructure categories
Oversee various technology projects, directly or indirectly, and interact with various supplier partners for procurement and implementation of new company system initiatives. Overall responsibilities include successful project oversight, budget targets, and timely completion
Have accountability for overall project/program delivery in the consumer retail space for the region, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects that meet scope, timing, and cost goals in all markets
Responsible for managing regional retail budget, ensuring project portfolio adheres to regional budget targets
Work closely with IT technical and support teams to manage overall operational stability of the retail applications supporting Companies retail sales channels and driving continued focus on operational excellence and cost optimization
Partner with enterprise architects to identify and deliver technical innovations in support of emerging retail sales channel needs and progress these ideas from concepts to experiments to scaled models with focus on flexibility, reuse, and overarching extensibility
Job Requirements:
At least 8 years experience with retail or retail-related technology and processes
Retail Store Systems (e.g., POS, Retail Accounting/Sales Audit, Labor Management, Inventory, Merchandising, Promotions, Mobile) design, implementation, and/or support experience a must
Experience in a multi-channel or OmniChannel environment and knowledge of how to create a view of the consumer across retail sales channels
Experience gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomes
Experience managing and being accountable for budgets
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment
Strong team-player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills
has NOC and vaild driving license with own car.
