Key Accountabilities
Key Activities
Fixed Asset Management
Responsible for timely accounting and processing of Fixed Assets.
Preparation of Fixed Assets Movement Schedules and other related documents on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Checking and Interfacing of Oracle Projects & Accounts Payable Asset lines into Oracle Assets and Post Mass Addition
Run Depreciation on monthly basis, accrual in case not capitalized and Create Journal Entries pertains to Oracle Assets
Reconciliation of Oracle Fixed Assets with General Ledger.
Liaison with Internal and External Auditors for conduction of quarterly and annual audit
Asset-wise tax depreciation workings in spread sheet
Provide Cost information with relate to Property Insurance
Preparation of yearly Fixed Assets Depreciation Budget
Preparation of Depreciation and Net Book Value of Assets as and when requested by Integrated Technology Unit
Reporting
Preparation of Fixed Asset Schedules and Fixed Asset Register on a periodic basis
Preparation of periodic asset management reports for various department request that are accurate, complete and confirm to policy for Senior Management review
Preparation of CWIP and Capex Advance in Contract-wise on monthly basis to follow-up with Project Manager / Contractor for pending capitalisation
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Technical Skills
Deep knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements applicable for Fixed Asset
Thorough knowledge of Fixed asset techniques and tools
Strong knowledge and know-how of financial systems such as Oracle, Spreadsheet
Good understanding and knowledge of financial management principles
Fluency in English and understanding of Arabic (optional)
Education /
Certifications
Bachelor in Finance or Accounting / ACCA, CA, CIMA, FCA
Experience
6 years with Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance / Certified Professional Qualification

- Development & Integration Programmer
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Programming:
Conducts trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
Compiles and writes documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
Consults with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
Performs or directs revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
Writes, updates, and maintains computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment.
Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities and contributing to team meetings.

Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Knowledge Sharing:

Develop applications using development tools like java, Oracle DB.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of software development life cycle.
Deep Knowledge on writing computer programs for various purposes in java, Web services, IBM broker development languages.
The ability to listen and understand information and ideas.
Well-developed communication skills, with experience of negotiating and influencing others.
Experience of coordinating and managing business support related projects and processes (e.g. emergency planning).
The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic (the number of ideas is important, not their quality, correctness, or creativity).
Good knowledge of mobile application development.
Deep knowledge design and development of applications.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor Degree in computer science or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of total experience.
